When you're looking for the melody from AOR and the punch from Hard Rock and Heavy Metal you'll be so fine listening to Superstitious. Into their sound, you can find the perfect balance between those rock styles, with everything based on a 21st Century vision of Rock' n Roll.

Back in 2007, when the band was born, there wasn't too much names doing that kind of sound. There was a lack of  “rock for stadiums” with songs made for the crowd. To rescue that and translate it to the new ages, Luis Wasques (vocals) and Rodrigo Cordeiro (guitars) started the band with lots of ideas on their minds.

The songwriting worked very well and the essence of the debut album was growing since the beginning. But, of course, the great test for the songs was on the gigs. Superstitious has been performed on the main São Paulo rock venues, like Blackmore Rock Bar and Manifesto Rock Bar, always getting an exciting response from the audience. The wishing for the first album was growing fast on people, which made the band entering the studio, now with the established and classical line-up standing for Daniel Mattos (bass), Lael Campos (keys) and Flávio Gasperini (drums).

The debut album called simply “Superstitious” is released in 2011, and the band keeps on the way to carry the flame of rock through the new ages.

Em 2007, quando a banda começou, não haviam muitas bandas fazendo esse tipo de música. Havia uma carência do “rock de arena” para as grandes massas. Para resgatar isso e adaptá-lo às novas gerações, Luis Wasques (vocal) e Rodrigo Cordeiro (guitarras) iniciaram a banda com várias idéias na cabeça.

O processo de composição foi bastante produtivo e a essência do álbum de estréia foi tomando forma desde o início. Mas, claro, o grande teste para as músicas seria nas apresentações ao vivo. A banda tem tocado nas principais casas de rock de São Paulo, tais como o Blackmore Rock Bar e o Manifesto Rock Bar, sempre obtendo resposta positiva do público. Os pedidos pelo primeiro álbum começaram a ficar cada vez mais constantes. Dessa forma,  a banda entrou em estúdio para gravar o álbum de estréia com a formação estabilizada e completada por Daniel Mattos (baixo), Lael Campos (teclados) e Flávio Gasperini (bateria).

O álbum, chamado “Superstitious”, é lançado em 2011 e a banda continua seu caminho para manter vivo o espírito do Rock'n Roll através dos novos tempos.
